SparkNavi is committed to responsible international trade and compliance with applicable export control regulations.
We may request additional information prior to accepting an order, including:
- End-user information
- End-use description
- Destination country
- Project or platform details
Restricted Destinations#
SparkNavi reserves the right to decline orders or shipments that may conflict with international export control regulations or internal compliance policies.
End-Use Statement#
Customers may be required to confirm that SparkNavi products will not be used for:
- Unlawful military applications
- Weapons of mass destruction programs
- Restricted or sanctioned activities
ITAR Notice#
SparkNavi products are not ITAR-controlled.
However, customers remain responsible for complying with their local export regulations.
